Comprehensive breakfast buffet with plenty of options.

The lack of an elevator made for a challenging stay, especially with heavy luggage and little kids. Our room was quite noisy, making it hard to get a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the shower temperature was nearly impossible to regulate, leading to several uncomfortable experiences during bath time.

Genova Piazza Principe station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was incredibly helpful, providing great suggestions for local dining options and quick routes to attractions. However, our room had a lingering musty odor that wasn't fully resolved.

Improving air conditioning functionality would be nice!!! The absence of elevators makes lugging heavy bags a chore, especially with awkward room layouts and small shower sizes!!! A better approach to room aesthetics would enhance comfort.

A stay here was fantastic! The location is great, just a 5-minute walk from the Aquarium, which is the largest in Europe. The staff was super friendly, and they helped us book city tours and restaurant reservations. We enjoyed exploring the area, including whale-watching activities. Breakfast was a nice touch, with lots of options.

Our room had a musty smell, which made it a bit uncomfortable. It affected our sleep quality, but we managed to air it out a bit. I recommend addressing any issues right away to get the most out of your stay.

I absolutely loved the comfortable bed that made sleeping a breeze and the fast Wi-Fi which was perfect for planning my day. The cozy lounge area and the pleasant little terrace provided great spots to unwind. If you don't mind a bit of stairs, it's a fantastic place to stay. just remember to pack light! 😊

Also, our room faced the street, so there was some noise, not ideal for sleep. On a positive note, the hotel is super close to the train station, making it easy for travel. Plus, I loved that they offer complimentary dark chocolate each night—such a nice touch!

the location of nuovo nord is excellent, just a 3-minute walk from the main principe railway station, which is super convenient for trips to portofino and nearby beaches. Kelly at reception truly stood out. she was fantastic from the moment we arrived. the overall cleanliness in public areas was a delightful surprise.

The marble steps off the lobby are stunning, and the ceiling in the breakfast room is beautiful. Plus, it's super close to the train station!

Couple's Comfortable Stay

The service from the reception was in credible , they were friendly and efficient. Also, the breakfast was decent, we enjoyed a nice selection, and the staff were always there to help us out with anything we needed.

It wasn't overly priced , but it was still reasonable.
